I went there on 12-10-22 for me and my partner’s anniversary as a small lunch date!! I got the Combination Beef rice Pho and lord was it amazing!! I enjoyed every bite!! Our server was the sweetest I did not get her name but she was amazing. I enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service I received. I will be going back 100%. I tried to take a nice picture but I was too excited and dug right in!!
Omg omg omg!! I almost feel like I'm back in Sacramento!! This food is good! The chow mein, the broiled pork and that clear sauce I die for! Everything was so close to tasting like my spot in Sacramento. I am not complaining! Nothing comes closer!

Ommmmggggggg!!!! Excellent and delicious lunch!!!!! I tried the tofu curry steam rice dish with vegetarian sauce!!!! A vegetarian dish option. Trust and believe I am coming back to be a regular. Take my money. Deliciousness. Excellent hosts and waiters. Great environment. The tai coffee is not a good size for Fatty folks like myself that need a taller drink for 4 like at least 32 oz. Lol. Just kidding but am I but great service
P1 is a solid pho choice with 3 types of meat and rice noodles. Always a delicious combination. The thai coffee and a H10 is the other platter my wife tried, the chicken was tender and well cooked. The customer service was excellent as well. I am a returning customer and will be for a long time to come.
My favorite Southeast Asian restaurants in Corvallis. I have tried almost all the dishes here, P1 and Padseew are the most delicious and distinctive. All the dishes were delicious and received five star reviews.
Love their staff and love their food. The bad reviews are a clear indication that some people are just too difficult to please. P1 is my go-to. Always puts me in a good mood. They recently remodeled the interior and I was pleasantly surprised. Will return again and again.
Delicious vegan options! Pho is beautifully spiced, and Pad See Ew can be made vegan too, just ask.
